Record of Proceedings No 7 Meeting of the Conducting and Evaluation of Tender Commitee

Today,  at 10:00am, on Wednesday, November 20^th, 2013, at the headquarters of the Non Profit Organization “Médecins du Monde- Greek Delegation” in Athens, on 12 Sapfous street (5th Floor), and at its president’s invitation the Committee Meeting took place on Conducting of Tender and Evaluation of Results of the No. 01/2013 Call to Public Open Tender, pursuant to No: 19.06.13 decision of the Médecins du Monde Board,  for unsealing and reviewing of the sub-file candidates’ “Financial Offers” for the No. 01/2013 Call to Public Open Tender.

Members who attended the meeting are:

1. Regular member-Mrs Katerina Karagiorgou as Chairwoman

2. Regular member – Mrs Artemis Lianou

3. Substitute member- Mr Efstratios Kladis

4. Substitute member – Mrs Eugenia Thanou

A representative for the association of companies “ATTP Advertising Agency Societe Anonyme” & “A. Belalidis -A. Deligiannis General Partnership” was also present. As per Médecins du Monde Board decision of the 19.06.13, Mrs Katerina Karagiorgou legitimately serves as Chairwoman of the Committee, while Mrs Artemis Lianou acts as secretary. Once the required by law committee quorum was present and the constitution and meeting of the committee was determined to be legal, the chairwoman announced the commencement of the meeting for the review and valuation of sub-folders “Financial Offers” of the participants, as stipulated by article 5, of Annex C of the No. 01/2013 Call to Tender.

The Chairwoman of the Committee announced the unsealing of sub-folder “Financial Offer”, submittedby the association of companies “ATTP Advertising Agency Societe Anonyme” & “A. Belalidis -A. Deligiannis General Partnership”. The sub-folder was reviewed and based on regulations stipulated by article 5, Annex C of the 01/2013 Call to Tender, no incompletenesses were found. It should be noted that the offered price is seventy-six thousand, nine-hundred, twenty-five euros (76,925.00€) VAT excluded, and ninety-four thousand, six-hundred, seventeen euros and seventy-five cents (94,617.75€) VAT included. At 10:45pm the 7^th committee meeting session was completed. As for the remainder, the established by articles 6 and 7, in annex C of the 01/2013 Call to Tender are in force.

This notice has been made know to the Board of the Awarding Authority, for approval of acceptance of the tender results, of 01/2013 notified National Public Tender, to the association of companies “ATTP Advertising Agency Societe Anonyme” & “A. Belalidis -A. Deligiannis General Partnership”. It is also posted at the website of the Awarding Authority www.mdmgreece.gr, as well as at the notice board of the Awarding Authority. In addition, an electronic form of the notice is sent to all applicants who have submitted their tender bids for participation to the 01/2013 Call to Tender within the deadline.
