The project is intended to provide supporting communication actions, within the scope of Action “ADAMANTIADA – Initiative Addressing the Primary Dental Needs of the Children of Athens”.
Contracting Authority is the Non-Profit Association “Médecins du Monde – Greek Delegation”, based on 12 Sapfous street, Area code 105 53, Athens.
The overall project budget is 113,315.00€, VAT included, (Budget not including VAT 90,500.00€ + VAT 20,815.00€).The project is to be completed within 12 Months after the contract is signed, as it is explicitly specified, per deliverable, in the detailed Tender Document.
The project involves Marketing Services, Category 13 CPC 87110 to 87190 and CPV 79341000-6, Printing Services, Category 15 CPC 88442 & CPV 79810000-5, Advertising Consultancy Services, Category 13, CPC 87120 and CPV 79341100-7 and Promotional Services, Category 13, CPC 87190 and CPV 79342200-5.
The deadline for submission of offers expires on Monday, September 2nd, 2013, at 05:00pm. All offers will be unsealed on Tuesday, September 3rd, 2013, at 10:00 AM at the head office of the Awarding Authority.
