Deadline Extension for the Submission of Offers for the Notice of Invitation to Public Open Tender by Non Profit Association ‘Médecins du Monde – Greek Delegation’

The project is intended to provide supporting communication actions, within the scope of the Action “ADAMANTIADA – Initiative Addressing the Primary Dental Needs of the Children of Athens”.

Contracting Authority is the Non-Profit Association “Médecins du Monde – Greek Delegation”, located on 12, Sapfous street, Area code 105 53, Athens.

The overall project budget is 113,315.00€, VAT included, (Budget not including VAT 90,500.00€ + VAT 20,815.00€) to be completed within 12 Months after the contract is signed, as it is explicitly specified, per deliverable, in the detailed Tender Document.

The project involves: Marketing Services, Category 13 CPC 87110 to  87190 and CPV 79341000-6; Printing Services, Category 15 CPC 88442 & CPV 79810000-5; Advertising Consultancy Services, Category 13, CPC 87120 and CPV 79341100-7; and Promotional Services, Category 13, CPC 87190 and CPV 79342200-5.

The new deadline for submission of offers expires on Thursday, September 19^th, 2013, at 05:00pm. The offers will be unsealed on Friday, September 20^th 2013, at 10:00 AM, at the head office of the Awarding Authority.
