Farewell to our beloved friend and volunteer Vassili Kellari in Latest News

The “Doctors of the World” wish “Bon Voyage” to Vassili Kellaris a volunteer and friend of the Organization since its establishment, who passed away today. His altrouistic contribution to our cause was substantial and consistant, while he proved indefatigable, humble, devoted and a fighting member for many years and in different sectors so much in Greece as abroad. His driving force was solely his love for the people and his decision to participate in the development of a better World. Vassilis Kellaris honored the Doctors of the World with his high integrity and his social sensitivity. We thank him from the bottom of our hearts for everything he offerred and we pay our deepest condolences to his family.

Football match | 2014 in Latest News

Monday 26 May 2014, 18:30. A football match between Doxa Agias Annas and A.E.K.(1st team of Mr T. Dellas and Pioneers) will be held for the celebration of the forty years of Doxa Agias Annas. The football match will be dedicated to Doctors of the World – Greece.

‘Solidarity’ Our way to respond to crisis! 2014 in Latest News

In the spirit of solidarity, a very successful concert  was held on 13th May 2014 at Ghazi, organized by “Technopolis” of the Municipality of Athens, the therapeutic communities of KETHEA, the Network for children’s Rights and the Greek band “enCardia”, with the support of the radio station 105,5 “In Red” in order to support Doctors of the World – Greece.

Syria: MdM outraged by the deadly bombing on Qah village in International News

On Sunday 27th April, an airstrike on the Syrian village of Qah in the Idlib region hit a school. Three people died (including two children) and eleven others were injured. Injured people have been treated in the closest hospitals. Some of these facilities are supported by MdM.
