As per the 127/19/02/2014 Record of Proceedings of the Médecins du Monde Governing Committee and topic No 2 “Clarification on Tender Documentation of the 03/2014 it is made clear that:
“…according to articles 76 to 84 of the Directive 2001/83/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 6 November 2001 on the Community code relating to medicinal products for human use (OJ L 311, 28.11.2001, p. 67), as Amended by Commission Directive 2009/120/EC of 14 September 2009 (OJ L 242, P.3), the Organization must obtain its supplies of medicinal products only from pharmacists and not from pharmaceutical industries or wholesale distribution warehouses.
