The chairman of the Board of Directors of Doctors of the World – Greece, Dr Nikitas Kanakis, has received the award “Lampros Kanellopoulos” by Unicef for Doctors of the World’s contribution for the relief of vulnerable children in Greece and Abroad.
This honor reminded us where we started and how much further we still have to go. Because children, no matter where and how they live, they have the right to be healthy, to have opportunities and to dream.
The award ceremony took place on 21 November 2017.
