and in accordance with Articles 5,6 and 7, of Part C of No: 01/2013 Call to Tender, has approved the public open tender results for contractor selection for Sub Project 2, titled “Supporting Communication Actions” as part of the Action “ADAMANTIADA: Initiative Addressing Primary Dental Needs of Children of Athens” of the Operational Program “Human Resources Development 2007-2013” with code MIS 374115, in favor of the association of companies “ATTP Advertising Agency Societe Anonyme” & “A. Belalidis -A. Deligiannis General Partnership”, for the amount of seventy-six thousand, nine-hundred, twenty-five euros (76,925.00€), VAT excluded, and ninety-four thousand, six-hundred, seventeen euros and seventy-five cents (94,617.75€) VAT included.
The above mentioned expense pertains to Sub-Project 2 “Supporting Communication Actions”, with discernible segment code 374115_2, and will be covered by Operational Program “Human Resources Development 2007-2013”, provided that it fits the description of project specifications as specified by the authorized Technical Data Sheet.
In addition, the Board of Médecins du Monde-Greek Delegation, has decided to depute Mrs Mailli Anna, President of the Awarding Authority, to sign the contract of Sub Project 2 “Supporting Communication Actions”, in accordance with Article 8 of No. 01/2013 Call to Tender of the Awarding Authority.
This notice is posted at the website of the Awarding Authority www.mdmgreece.gr, as well as at the noticeboard of the Awarding Authority. In addition, an electronic form of the notice is sent to the Scientific Committee of the Action and to all applicants who have submitted their tender bids for participation to the 01/2013 Call to Tender within the deadline.
