The crowded auditorium, which amongst others included, three Greek members of the European Parliament and MEPs of other European countries (Spain, Austria, Belgium, Germany), was rendered utterly silent by the presentation of the grim figures and facts.

Facts about uninsured pregnant women deprived of access to preventive and medical care throughout pregnancy and childbirth.

Facts about uninsured and impoverished children deprived of access to medical care and free immunizations, with dire consequences on Social Health and Economy.

Now, there are no more excuses. The European Parliament Members know. No more talking. Action is needed to assure, for pregnant women and children in Greece, the fundamental and indefeasible right of all human beings:  access to free Health care.
