Within this framework the Pediatric and Dental Mobile Unit will be located at the KEPABI of Ioannina, public solidarity clinics “Nicos Skopoulis”, Archiepiskopou Makariou 11 from 9.00 am to 12.00pm. The services provided by the Mobile Unit free of charge are:
~paediatric care – diagmostic tests dental check-up
~Pharmaceutical treatment and basic medication
~preventative care and health education
~vaccinations to uninsured children
The Mobile Unit of Doctors of the World – Greece with the support of VODAFONE has been offering free dental and medical care to those in need since 2003 to more than 55.000 children aged 4 – 12 in 45 Prefectures and 30 islands throughout the country.
