The event attracted a large turnout of people and organizations’ representatives, amongst whom present also were: the Head of City Council of Erymanthos Municipality Mr Panagopoulos Theodoros; the Deputy Mayor for Volunteering; Parliament Members from Achaea Prefecture; the president of Panhellenic Association of Women with Breast Cancer, Mrs Liolio Kolypera; as well as Médecins du Monde Board Member, Mr Giannakopoulos; and MdM Director of Communications Mrs Fotopoulou Panagiota.
At the event, Deputy Mayor for Volunteering, Mrs Maria Andrikopoulou Rouvali was acknowledged for her support for the programme.
We wish to publicly express our gratitude to the volunteers of Médecins du Monde; to all those who support our day to day efforts to raise hope and defend the right to Health; as well as the sponsoring companies , which contributed to the success of this event: Kyriazis Liquor store; TENTOURA Kastro distillery Chachalis; pastry shops MERCI Emiliano; and Symeonidis bakery. We would also like to extend our thanks to the Cultural Organization of the Municipality of Patra for allowing us to use the lounge.
