Capacity building to raise awareness on sexual and reproductive health (SRH)

Doctors of the World (MdM) with the support of the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Athens are implementing the project “Capacity building to raise awareness on sexual and reproductive health (SRH)”. This project aims to support migrants hosted in open accommodation centers in mainland Greece, UAMs temporary accommodated in hotel facilities and professionals dealing with the needs of the migrant population. The objective is to increase capacity building by giving adequate training by experts (doctors and nurses) on sexual and reproductive health issues (e.g. sexual transmitted diseases, family planning, contraception etc.). The duration of the program is six months (February to July 2019) and is funded by the Federal Foreign Office of the Federal Republic of Germany.
