Social and medical care to students in Thessaloniki

The project “Intercultural Schools” that was implemented by Médecins du Monde – Greece, was a project for the provision of healthcare services to children living in Thessaloniki. A team of pediatricians, cardiologists, nurses and administrative staff visited schools with a Medical Mobile Unit, in order provide their services to the students. Special attention was given to uninsured children, which could not access healthcare facilities.
