
The International Humanitarian Organization Penny Appeal donated £ 10.000 British pounds to Doctors of the World- Greek Chapter to provide relief items for the refugees living in camps.
A very important contribution was offered by the international humanitarian organization Penny Appeal to Doctors of the World in order to purchase basic supplies for refugees temporarily living in camps.
This donation amounting to 10,000 British pounds aims to provide clothing, utensils, hygiene kits and baby care items. The items will be distributed at the refugee accommodation center at Oinofita serving the needs of approximately 400 people.
Under the current conditions of the refugee crisis and the increased needs arising from it, initiatives like this one contribute to the improvement of accommodation and living conditions of refugees in Greece.
