In the scope of “Health for All” program, Mobile Units visit areas in the Greek mainland and its islands offering gynecology, pediatric and ophthalmology diagnostic tests to women and children.
Médecins du Monde’s suitably equipped Mobile Units, staffed by thoroughly trained and experienced medical and paramedical professionals, amongst other services, provide: free gynecology check-up; Pap smear; ophthalmic examination, pediatric tests and vaccinations.
The “Health for All” program is carried out with the full funding from the Association of Greek Ship Owners and is part of a broader initiative pursued by the Greek community of Ship Owners, including actions of social offer and solidarity, for the support of vulnerable social groups throughout Greece.
The schedule of the visits of Médecins du Monde Medical Mobile Units in the Prefectures of Xanthi and Kavala has been set as follows:

Saturday, January 11th: Elderly Care Center of Stavroupoli, Xanthi
Sunday, January 12th: Blood Donors Hall, Kavala Chamber of Commerce
Monday, January 13th: Municipal District of Nestos in Kavala, Former High School of Lekani
Tuesday, January 14th: Municipal District of Paggaio in Kavala, Community Hall of Platanotopos
Wednesday, January 15th: Municipal District of Paggaio in Kavala, Platanotopos Community Hall
