Medical Check-Up Program in Savalia Village of Ilia

Médecins du Monde will conduct visits to Savalia of Ilia in order to provide primary health care services.

The objective of the program is to provide treatment to general health problems and to support the vulnerable population groups of the region.

This program is aimed at people who do not have easy access to health care services due to social or financial considerations. The following services will be offered:

· Gynecology Exam (Breast examination, PAP test)

· Pediatric Diagnostic Examination

· Orthopedic Examination and Physiotherapy

· Ophthalmology check-up

· General preventive medicine overall check-up

 

With the collaboration of Savalia Women Developmental Association-“Renaissance”, the visits of Médecins du Monde Mobile Units has been scheduled as follows:

Saturday, March 15th, 2014: Savalia Community Premises

Sunday, March 16th, 2014: Savalia Community Premises
