In the scope of “Health for All” program, Mobile Units visit areas in the Greek mainland and its islands offering gynecology, pediatric and ophthalmology diagnostic tests to women and children.
Médecins du Monde suitably equipped Mobile Units, which are staffed with thoroughly trained and experienced medical and paramedical professionals, amongst other services, provide: free gynecology check-up; Pap smear; ophthalmic examination, pediatric tests and vaccinations.
The “Health for All” program is carried out with the full funding from the Association of Greek Ship Owners and is part of a broader initiative pursued by the Greek community of Ship Owners, including actions of social offer and solidarity, for the support of vulnerable social groups throughout Greece.
