Today, MdM—Greece family is in mourning. The founder of the organization, the professor, the leader of our missions, our Theophilos Rosenberg is no longer with us. He left for his last mission, and as of today, we’re poorer. Scientist and humanitarian, visionary, tireless and fearless, Theophilos was our compass, the one who showed the way and found solutions when none seemed on site. From Iraq to Haiti, from Tanzania to Kosovo, Theophilos Rosenberg, the field doctor, worked zealously to provide health services to those in need, the ones excluded, the marginalized and the outcasts. No one to remain last, all to be first in the fight for health rights.
Good bye, Theophilos, friend, doctor and human being. The people who met you will always remember you. We thank you for everything.
