The vaccination of socially vulnerable groups against Covid-19, seasonal influenza and other diseases, is a key priority of the Open Polyclinic of MdM in Thessaloniki, along with the correct, comprehensive and reliable information of the public seeking information. Always respecting the principle of complementarity, the volunteers and staff of the Open Polyclinic create a network of solidarity to support the most vulnerable and ensure the universal right to health, thus reducing social inequalities, especially for children in greatest need.
The Open Polyclinic of Thessaloniki operates on weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00. Primary health care services are provided by appointment, as well as psychological support services. The social service is able to support without an appointment, depending on availability and urgency of the case. In the current period of time, forty medical specialists and health staff and fifteen administrative volunteers volunteer their services at the Open Polyclinic.
